Role Description:
Waterlily Group (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dedicated and skilled Finance Administrator to join our team. This is a full-time remote position that requires proficiency in financial administration tasks, including maintaining accurate records, assisting with financial reporting, and managing invoices and billings.
Responsibilities:
· Ensure accurate and up-to-date entries in QuickBooks to maintain financial records.
· Assist in financial reporting and analysis by compiling and analyzing financial data.
· Manage invoices and billings, including processing payments and reconciling accounts.
· Work collaboratively with team members to support financial operations and initiatives.
· Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling financial information.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
· Proven experience in financial administration or a similar role.
· Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
· Familiarity with QuickBooks software.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
