About the Role:
WebbersPro Business Network FZE is looking for a motivated and talented Female Sales Executive to join our team at our Al Zahia, Sharjah office. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell our HR and document clearing services to prospective clients.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure
customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Prepare and present detailed sales reports to management.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
Female candidate of Sri Lankan nationality.
Age: 20 to 35 years.
Proficiency in English and Sinhala is essential.
Previous experience in sales, preferably within the HR or document clearing sector, is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
A valid UAE driving license is an advantage, but not mandatory.
Salary and Benefits:
Salary: AED 1,300 plus commission and allowances.
