Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our expanding team. As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be responsible for proactively contacting potential customers, promoting our products or services, and closing sales deals over the phone. The ideal candidate should be persuasive, and articulate, and possess excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Tamil.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers with the aim of selling products or services.
2. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective tele-sales techniques.
3. Build and maintain a strong customer pipeline by consistently following up on leads.
4. Understand customer needs and tailor product/service offerings to meet those needs.
5. Provide accurate information regarding product features, pricing, and after-sales services.
6. Keep detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales transactions.
7. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
8. Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
9. Effectively use sales scripts and objection-handling techniques to overcome customer hesitations.
10. Attend regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Proven experience in telesales or a similar role.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi, English, and Tamil.
3. Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
6. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
7. Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications.
8. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in sales is a plus.
