Job Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka


Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or cold calling lists
Present and promote our products/services to potential customers
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Achieve sales targets and quotas
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals


Proficient in Hindi/ Urdu/ Telegu language is must.
Proven experience in tele sales or sales/customer service role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to persuade and influence others
Strong negotiation skills
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or related field is a plus
