We are seeking a seasoned Production Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of advertising projects. This role requires managing resources, budgets, and timelines while ensuring the highest quality in production output. You will act as a key link between creative, account, and production teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Management

Develop and oversee production schedules to meet project deadlines.

Align production processes with client objectives and creative vision.

2. Budget Management

Create and manage production budgets effectively.

Monitor expenses and negotiate with vendors for cost optimization.

3. Team Coordination

Collaborate with creative teams, account managers, and external vendors.

Lead production staff and freelancers during events or shoots.

4. Quality Assurance

Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards and exceed client expectations.

Supervise post-production processes, including editing and revisions.

5. Vendor & Resource Management

Source and coordinate with third-party vendors like studios, printers, and production houses.

Oversee procurement of equipment and materials for projects.

6. Compliance & Risk Management

Enforce compliance with health and safety standards during production.

Identify and mitigate potential risks in production workflows.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Production Manager in advertising or media.

Comprehensive knowledge of production workflows, timelines, and industry trends.

Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
