Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Telemarketing Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting company products/services, generating leads, and converting potential clients over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote products/services.
Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Maintain an updated database of customer information and call records.
Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and follow up on customer feedback.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (preferred).
Strong communication skills in [English/Sinhala/Tamil – customize based on requirements].
Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
