Location: Katuwana – Middeniya
Company: Redbox LK (pvt) Ltd – A Leading Ladies’ Garment Export Manufacturer
Are you passionate about quality and detail-oriented? Join our team as a Quality Assurance Executive and play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality standards in our ladies’ garment production.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor quality standards throughout the production process (cutting, sewing, finishing & packing).
Conduct in-line and final inspections based on AQL standards.
Identify and report defects, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Coordinate with production and merchandising teams to meet buyer requirements.
Maintain inspection reports and support internal/external audits.
Candidate Profile:
2+ years of experience in garment quality assurance (ladies’ wear preferred).
Good knowledge of garment construction and finishing.
Familiarity with AQL, quality tools, and inspection methods.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Qualification in Textile/Apparel Technology will be an added advantage.
