Electrical Draftsman – Switchboard Design
(Mirigama, Sri Lanka | Full-time)

Specialized in custom-built electrical low voltage switchboards for the Australian market

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare AutoCAD electrical schematics, GA drawings, and wiring diagrams
Create switchboard layouts as per AS/NZS 61439 and Australian SIRs
Interpret single-line diagrams and technical specifications
Coordinate with engineering and production teams in both Sri Lanka and Australia
Maintain drawing revisions and project documentation
Requirements:

1+ years experience in electrical drafting
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Knowledge of electrical standards (AS/NZS preferred)
Ability to read and prepare GA, schematic, and wiring diagrams
Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
Desirable:

Prior experience with Australian switchboard projects
Familiarity with panel building or electrical manufacturing
Knowledge of AutoCAD Electrical is an advantage
