Vacancy for the Post of Agricultural Supervisor – Maldives
Qualifications :
*Diploma in agriculture field
Requirements :
*Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with email communication
*Fluent in English (written and spoken)
*Ability to work under the hot-sun, monitoring works, must be in good health (no major surgery or chronic illness), person around
Job Description :
*Basic knowledge in agriculture, especially short-term crops like brinjal, watermelon, tomato, passion fruit, and pumpkin.
*Strong communication and reporting skills – prepare reports, communicate with consultants, and support field teams.
*Leadership and team management – assign daily tasks, monitor team performance, and hold weekly planning meetings.
*Proficient in Excel for preparing reports (EC, BRIX, fertilizer/chemical usage, production, dispatch, etc.).
*Coordinate with QC and Sales teams to plan planting, post-harvest handling, packaging, and dispatch.
*Oversee composting and implement pest control measures (e.g., parasitoids, rat control, IPM methods).

Work Location: HA. Maafahi (agricultural project on an inhabited island)
Working Hours: 8hrs
Working Days: 6 days per week
