📢 We’re Hiring: Tower Installation / Erection Teams (Telecom Industry)
We are currently looking for experienced and reliable Tower Erection Teams to join us on a contractual subcontracting basis for telecom tower projects across Sri Lanka.
🔧 Job Role:
Subcontractor teams for Telecommunication Tower Installation and Erection, including:
Tower assembly and erection
Material handling and site logistics
Adherence to telecom industry quality and safety standards
✅ Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in telecom tower erection or construction
Proven background in telecommunication tower installation
Strong knowledge of site safety protocols and quality workmanship
Ability to work in various locations across the island
Own tools and lifting gear (preferred)
Team should consist of skilled riggers, welders, and supervisors
📍 Work Locations:
Projects are based at various sites island-wide (Sri Lanka). Flexibility to travel and stay on-site as required.
