Job Description:
A well-established company in Jaffna is seeking a Customer Call Agent (Male) to handle client communication over phone calls and assist in daily coordination tasks. The candidate must have good speaking skills, basic computer knowledge, and a polite and professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
Make outgoing calls for follow-ups, confirmations, or reminders
Record call details, update information, and forward messages as needed
Maintain a friendly and respectful tone in all communication
Assist with basic coordination and reporting tasks
Requirements:
Male candidates only
Good speaking skills in Tamil (Basic English preferred)
Confident and clear telephone manners
Basic knowledge of using WhatsApp and simple apps
Ability to follow instructions and handle communication politely
Punctual, reliable, and responsible
