WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Dairy Science, or Related Field.
- Master’s Degree (Preferred): A Master’s degree in Food Science, Dairy Technology, Agricultural Science.
- 7-10 years of experience in the dairy or food industry with advanced expertise inproduct development, dairy processing, and innovation.
- Proven leadership and successful project management in the R&D space.
