Overview
Position Summary:
The Senior Manager – Corporate Strategy is responsible for driving the strategic planning process, finding growth opportunities, and supporting executive leadership in decision making. This role involves conducting market and competitive analysis, evaluating business performance, leading strategic initiatives, and shaping long term corporate goals. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills and proven track records in business strategy development.
Key Responsibilities:
· Strategic Planning & Execution:
o Development and execution of business strategies aligned with the company’s vision to drive business growth and long-term success.
o Conduct market and competitive analysis to find trends and strategic opportunities.
o Collaborate with senior leadership to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against strategic goals.
o Facilitate key decisions of senior leadership with required analysis and data collection.
· Board / Management Presentations & Reporting:
o Prepare comprehensive decks and reports for board / management meetings, including insights on market trends, company performance, and strategic initiative updates.
· Project Management & Operational Efficiency:
o Monitor the implementation of strategic initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, and providing insights and adjustments as needed.
o Monitor resources are allocated effectively to meet project and business goals.
o Provide periodic feedback on progress.
· Cross Functional Involvement:
o Lead cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals and resolve challenges effectively.
o Ensure consistent execution of corporate goals and provide feedback to senior management.

Skills & Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field or equivalent professional qualifications in ACA, ACCA or CIMA. Possessing a master’s degree will be an added advantage.
· 3+ years of experience in corporate strategy area or management consulting or strategic work with top management
· Strong financial acumen, analytical skills and problem-solving skills
· Ability to manage multiple high impact projects simultaneously.
· Excellency in using MS Office suite with advance Excel, MS Projects and other packages.
· Experience with data analysis and business intelligence tools (Power BI / SQL/ Tableau) will be an added advantage.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Ability to work independently with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
· Experience in the telecommunication industry (preferred)
