Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process to attract top talent.
  • Provide accurate and timely payroll inputs for smooth salary processing.
  • Handle all HR operational activities, including maintaining employee records and
    updating HR systems.
  • Organize, facilitate, and assist in employee engagement activities.
  • Utilize previous experience in ISO requirements to support HR compliance and
    documentation processes.
  • Oversee the employee separation process in compliance with company policy and
    labor regulations.

Qualifications /Experience

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • A recognized degree or professional qualification in Human Resource Management.
  • Strong communication, Interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
  • High attention to detail and a strong commitment to confidentiality.
