Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process to attract top talent.
- Provide accurate and timely payroll inputs for smooth salary processing.
- Handle all HR operational activities, including maintaining employee records and
updating HR systems. - Organize, facilitate, and assist in employee engagement activities.
- Utilize previous experience in ISO requirements to support HR compliance and
documentation processes. - Oversee the employee separation process in compliance with company policy and
labor regulations.
Qualifications /Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- A recognized degree or professional qualification in Human Resource Management.
- Strong communication, Interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to confidentiality.
