Handle bookings and manage time slots (ensure availability is correctly updated).
Guide customers to their private cabin and explain facilities.
Maintain cleanliness and ensure the lounge is presentable at all times.
Answer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and social media.
Handle payments (cash/online) and issue receipts.
Assist in promotional activities when required.
Report daily sales and bookings to management.

Requirements
Age: 18–30 preferred.
Pleasant and professional personality.
Good communication skills in Sinhala and English (Tamil is a plus).
Basic knowledge of social media (Facebook/Instagram).
Ability to handle customers politely and maintain discretion.
Prior experience in hospitality, retail, or front-desk roles is an advantage.
