Job Description
· Establish, configure, upgrade, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
· Install, configure, and troubleshoot various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, IPS, IDS, QoS, VPN).
· Maintain and support both private and public cloud environments.
· Monitor performance and ensure system and network availability and reliability.
· Maintain and update IT inventory and documentation.
· Provide end-user desktop support, including hardware, software, and peripheral troubleshooting.
· Collaborate and communicate with colleagues across multiple regions.
Skills and Qualifications
· Strong knowledge of networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC, L2TP, PPTP, SSL, HSRP, BGP, MPLS).
· Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic, and network analytics tools.
· Practical experience with Windows services (AD, DNS, DHCP, NFS, CERT, NPS).
· Virtualization experience on VMware or Xen Desktop.
· Experience in desktop support, including troubleshooting hardware/software and assisting end-users.
· Familiarity with desktop environments such as Windows 10/11, Office 365, printers, and remote support tools.
· Good communication and project planning skills.
· Preferably 1–4 years of relevant experience in IT/Computer – Network/System/Database Administration or equivalent.
