Overview

Manage and update employee records and HR databases.
Coordinate and facilitate the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
Liaise with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate requirements.
Schedule and conduct interviews, including initial screenings.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Organize and manage new hire onboarding and orientation sessions.
Assist with performance management and employee relations issues.
Support various HR initiatives and projects as needed.
