Technical Service Executive – Aftersales
Location: Piliyandala
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (including extended hours during holidays)
Salary: Starting from LKR 60,000 (negotiable based on experience)
About the Role
We’re seeking a fresh and motivated candidate to join our client’s team as a Technical Service Executive. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a strong background in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, especially those interested in water treatment applications.
Key Responsibilities
Provide after-sales service and technical support to industrial clients
Collect and test water samples from boilers, cooling systems, and treatment plants
Analyze results and prepare technical reports, recommendations, and quotations
Present water treatment solutions and benefits to customers
Monitor and perform plant service and maintenance activities
QualificationsA/L Chemistry is mandatory; tertiary education in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering preferred
Knowledge of water treatment systems (boilers, RO, UF, MBR) is highly desirable
Strong analytical and decision-making skills
Valid driving or riding license; willingness to travel island-wide
Ability to work independently under pressure
Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems and excellent communication skills
