Overview

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, execute, and optimize advanced paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
Lead campaign planning, audience targeting, budget allocation, and performance tracking to maximize ROI.
Analyze campaign data, identify trends, and implement data-driven optimizations to achieve KPIs.
Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams to ensure alignment between messaging, visuals, and performance goals.
Present detailed campaign reports and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
Stay updated on industry trends, new tools, and platform updates to maintain a competitive edge.
Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of performance excellence.

What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field (master’s degree is an advantage).
3–5 years of proven experience in performance marketing and paid media campaign management.
Strong expertise in campaign optimization, conversion tracking, remarketing, and audience segmentation.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and campaign management tools.
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple high-value campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
