  • Key Responsibilities
    Activey identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold-calling, networking, referrals, and lead generation.
    Promote Web Lankan’s full suite of services including Web Development, SEO, Social Media Marketing, and PPC campaigns.
    Understand and analyze client requirements and deliver tailored solutions to meet their business goals.
    Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing strategic guidance and continuous support.
    Collaborate closely with the internal development and digital marketing teams to ensure smooth project execution.
    Achieve monthly sales targets while contributing to overall business growth.
    Monitor market trends, identify new opportunities, and plan sales initiatives to expand into new markets.
    Maintain and update the customer database, converting potential prospects into active clients.
  • Qualifications & Skills
    Fully or partially qualified in CIM, SLIM, or any other recognized Sales/Marketing professional qualification.
    Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience (preferably in digital marketing, IT solutions, or a related industry).
    Strong communication and presentation skills in both English and Sinhala.
    Target-driven with excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
    Self-motivated, organized, and committed to achieving business objectives with strong work ethics.
