Job Summary:
We are looking for a female Office Assistant to support our daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling routine tasks efficiently to ensure smooth office functioning.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain company records and databases.
Handle data entry and document filing (physical and digital).
Assist in preparing reports, invoices, and basic financial documents.
Respond to internal emails and assist with routine communication.
Coordinate with other departments and support front office when required.
Monitor office supplies and coordinate purchasing.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
✅ Requirements:
Female candidates only.
GCE O/L or A/L qualified
Prior experience in admin or office work is preferred but not essential.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
Good communication skills in Sinhala and/or English.
Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
