About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and hands-on Technician with at least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production machinery and equipment to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or technical issues on the production floor
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance
Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition
Follow safety guidelines and company SOPs
Coordinate with the maintenance team and report issues to supervisors

Requirements:
ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related technical field
2+ years of hands-on experience in maintenance/technical operations
Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or packaging industries preferred
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
Willingness to work in shifts if required
