Overview

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and ensure all quality parameters for commodities and spices packing.

Manage R&D activities related to the packing process.

Control nonconforming products and ensure proper corrective actions.

Oversee printing details on packaging (MFD, EXP, MRP, Batch No, etc.).

Manage calibration, monitoring, and measuring devices.

Ensure product preservation, traceability, and identification.

Implement and maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Housekeeping. and Food Safety systems.

Maintain all records, documents, and quality objectives for the packing section.

Candidate Profile:

Degree or Diploma in Science, Food Science, or Agriculture.

1-2 years of experience in the food manufacturing industry (preferred).

Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 22000, and GMP systems.

Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills.

Residence near Wattala will be an advantage.
