Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Machine Operator located in Jaffna District. The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating machinery, ensuring quality control, maintaining and troubleshooting machines, and utilizing hand tools as needed. Daily tasks include monitoring machine performance, making adjustments as required, and ensuring safety and efficiency within the workplace.
Qualifications
Proficiency in operating various types of machinery and machine operation
Experience with quality control processes and maintaining machinery
Familiarity with using hand tools
Strong communication skills
Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to work efficiently
Ability to work independently and within a team setting
Experience in the hardware or manufacturing industry is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent
