Customer Service Executive (Remote)

Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Executive, you will manage inquiries from prospective and current students across WhatsApp, social media, and CRM platforms. You’ll be the voice of Your Global Campus—guiding students with professionalism, warmth, and clarity. Experience with CRM tools is an added advantage. Training on all internal systems will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to student inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and email.
- Update lead and student records in CRM system.
- Follow up on applications and guide prospects through the enrollment process.
- Work collaboratively with academic and marketing teams.
- Provide timely and empathetic support to resolve student concerns.
- Participate in virtual meetings and training sessions.
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher qualification in Business, Marketing, or Communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Friendly, positive attitude with strong emotional intelligence.
- Experience with CRM platforms (Zoho, Hubspot, etc.) is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
