Job Title: Senior UI/UX Designer

Job Description
Required Qualifications & Experience:
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer
Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, Digital Arts, or a related design field.
Equivalent practical experience will be strongly considered.
● Minimum of 6-8+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, focusing on
complex web applications, enterprise platforms, or large-scale digital
products.
● A strong, diverse portfolio is required, demonstrating expertise in
user-centered design processes, visual design excellence, interaction design,
information architecture, prototyping, and the creation/use of design systems.
Portfolio must include examples of complex web application design.
● Proven experience leading the design direction for significant projects and/or
mentoring other designers.
Required Skills:
● Mastery of user-centered design principles and methodologies (user
research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing).
● Expertise in leading design and collaboration tools, including Figma and Miro.
● Proficiency or demonstrable experience utilizing AI-powered design tools
(e.g., Uizard, tools for generating user flows, wireframes, component
suggestions, or assisting with user story creation) to accelerate and
enhance the design process.
● Strong understanding of interaction design principles, information
architecture, and user psychology.
● Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, layout,
iconography, and branding.
● Deep understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first
approaches.
● Strong knowledge of web accessibility guidelines (WCAG) and designing for
inclusivity.
● Ability to create and manage design systems and component libraries.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
● Ability to receive and provide constructive feedback.
● Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
● Fluency in English.
Preferred/Bonus Qualifications & Skills:
● Experience designing within the constraints and capabilities of Content
Management Systems, particularly SharePoint (Modern Experience).
● Experience designing user interfaces for multilingual websites.
● Experience designing dashboards, data visualizations, or complex form-based
applications.
● Experience conducting formal usability testing sessions.
● Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks like
React) to better collaborate with developers.
● Experience working in a consultancy or digital agency environment.
● Experience mentoring junior designers.
