Position: Social Media Manager
Location: Kandy / Remote (Sri Lanka)
Type: Full-Time
Salary: LKR 80,000 – 150,000/month (negotiable based on experience)

What You’ll Do:
Manage daily content posting across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms

Design thumbnails, graphics, and visual content using Canva

Track performance metrics and provide detailed analytics reports

Identify what content is working and recommend strategic improvements

Guide our next steps based on data-driven insights

Collaborate with our content director, editor, and performance marketer

You’re Perfect If You Have:
2+ years managing social media for education/recruitment/service businesses

Strong Canva skills and eye for design

Deep understanding of Instagram and Facebook analytics

Proven track record of growing engagement and conversions

Ability to explain complex data in simple, actionable terms

Experience with social media management tools (Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, etc.)

Excellent English communication skills; German language knowledge is a plus
