Job Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns to promote real estate projects and company brand.
Plan and execute advertising strategies across Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and other online platforms.
Manage and grow the company’s social media presence, ensuring consistent brand voice and engagement.
Conduct keyword research, SEO optimization, and content strategy to increase website traffic and lead generation.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other analytical tools.
Collaborate with the sales and design teams to align digital strategies with project goals and client needs.
Create and manage email marketing campaigns, landing pages, and promotional materials.
Stay updated with emerging digital trends and competitor activities to continuously improve results.

Requirements and Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
2–4 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate, construction, or project-based industries.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO, and web analytics tools.
Strong understanding of social media advertising, content strategy, and digital lead generation.
Excellent creative thinking and analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data.
Proficiency in MS Office and design coordination tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage.
Strong communication, organizational, and time management abilities.
Team player with a passion for marketing and a proactive attitude.
