Key Responsibilities
• Reservations Management
Handle reservations for hotels, transport, excursions, and activities for both local and international travelers.
Ensure bookings are made on time with correct rates, availability, and confirmations.
Prepare and issue booking vouchers, itineraries, and other related documentation.
• Client & Agent Coordination
Communicate with international travel agents, local partners, and direct clients regarding reservations and itineraries.
Provide accurate and timely responses to inquiries, amendments, and special requests.
Ensure client satisfaction by delivering smooth pre-arrival arrangements and post-booking support.
• Supplier Management
Liaise with hotels, DMCs, transport providers, and excursion partners to confirm services.
Negotiate favorable rates, upgrades, and value-added benefits where possible.
Build and maintain strong, long-term vendor relationships.
• Operations & Documentation
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure all reservations are executed as per itinerary.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, supplier confirmations, and amendments.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, contracts, and quality standards.
• Quality Control & Reporting
Monitor booking accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and address last-minute changes.
Provide daily/weekly reservation status and performance reports to management.
This is a full time on-site role at Niwadu Office (Trace City-Maradana)
