Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Laravel and modern PHP standards.
Design, build, and optimize RESTful APIs and integrations with third-party systems.
Implement robust authentication, security, and performance optimization practices.
Manage MySQL database design, schema optimization, and query performance tuning.
Collaborate with front-end teams (React.js / Next.js) for seamless integration.
Contribute to deployment pipelines (CI/CD) and assist in server-side deployment.
Troubleshoot production issues, ensuring reliability and high performance.
Mentor junior developers and support team development initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of professional experience in web application development.
Strong expertise in PHP and Laravel framework.
Experience with API integration, authentication, and performance tuning.
Solid understanding of MySQL (schema design, query optimization).
Familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
Proficiency in Git, RESTful APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
Hands-on experience with application architecture and production troubleshooting.
Knowledge of React.js / Next.js will be an added advantage.
Strong team collaboration and independent work abilities.
Leadership or mentoring experience is a plus.
