Overview

The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level executives. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive’s behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct online research to identify companies, organizations, and key contacts
Collect and organize data in Excel or Google Sheets
Draft and send professional outreach emails (templates provided)
Maintain an organized database of leads and communications
Follow up on emails and track responses
Assist with other small administrative or research tasks as needed

Requirements:

Strong written English and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Proficient with Excel / Google Sheets
Experience using email tools (e.g., Gmail, Outlook, or CRM systems)
Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently
