Overview
Our client is seeking a dedicated and proactive Administration Assistant to support day-to-day administrative, operational, and coordination functions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with administrative operations including documentation, payments, and coordination with internal teams and external institutions
• Support legal, property, and infrastructure-related activities to ensure smooth company operations
• Handle utilities, office maintenance, and general administrative requirements
• Maintain accurate records and follow up on administrative tasks and payments
• Perform additional duties assigned by the immediate manager
Requirements:
• Currently following a diploma in Business Administration, HRM, or a related discipline
• Good computer literacy with strong proficiency in MS Office
• Strong communication skills in both English and Sinhala
• Must possess a motorbike and a valid riding license
• Candidates from the Panadura area are preferred
• Freshers are encouraged to apply
