Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated to support day-to-day finance, accounting and monthly payroll operations. The ideal candidate will assist the accounts department with bookkeeping, document handling, data entry, and financial reporting activities.
Job responsibilities
➢ Assisting in recording of financial transactions and managing the payable and receivable function of the finance department
➢ Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers
➢ Assisting in the preparation of payroll and related functions
➢ Supporting in other documentation and functions within the finance department
➢ Assisting in the Tender Documentation
Job requirements
➢ Advanced Level Examination – Commerce Stream
➢ A part or full qualification in the field of finance and accounting (AAT / CIMA / CA) will be an added advantage
➢ Working Knowledge of MS Office packages is mandatory
➢ Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to work in a Team
