Job Description
– Maintain guest logs and monitor VIP arrivals
– Ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes
– Escalate guest issues to management when needed
– Understand guest needs and preferences
– Assist in collecting and reporting guest feedback
– Implement service improvements as needed
– Build rapport with guests and support lobby operations
– Collaborate with team members and participate in briefings
– Support recognition programs like STARS
– Learn and follow safety and hygiene standards
– Assist in internal audit and compliance procedures
– Support emergency and safety protocols
– Participate in safety drills
Eligibility
Background: Tourism & Hotel Management
Minimum Study Level: Undergraduate (or higher)
Language Proficiency: English (Fluent)
Skills Required: Customer service, communication, Collaboration
Salary: 50,000 INR/month (approx. LKR 172,000)
