一、Job Requirements
1、Aged between 18 and 35 years old; proficient in English or local languages (Sinhala/Tamil).
2、Candidates with an interest in milk tea, ice cream and coffee will be given priority.
3、Strong sense of responsibility; meticulous, patient and conscientious in work.
4、Strictly follow the standard procedures to prepare beverages such as milk tea, ice cream and coffee.
二、Job Responsibilities
1、Proactively greet customers, introduce and recommend beverages as well as promotional activities;
2、Be responsible for store opening and closing procedures, sanitation cleaning and arrangement, and material inventory checking.
3、Prepare beverages including milk tea, ice cream and coffee in accordance with standard operating procedures.
4、Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
5、Proficiently operate the cash register system, input orders, collect payments, reconcile daily revenue accounts and ensure zero discrepancies.
6、Professional and systematic training will be provided for all the above – mentioned job responsibilities.
