Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager – Freight Forwarding to lead and
manage our logistics and freight operations in the Maldives. The ideal candidate will possess
strong industry knowledge, operational leadership capability, and the ability to deliver
high-quality service in a fast-paced environment. Maldives market experience will be considered
an added advantage.
Job Requirements
– Minimum 3 – 5 years of proven experience in Freight Forwarding or
Logistics Management.
– Strong operational knowledge in Sea Freight, Air Freight, and
International Shipping Procedures.
– Maldives Market experience is a strong advantage.
– Excellent understanding of customs clearance, port regulations,
and documentation processes.
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a
team.
– Proficiency in English (spoken and written); additional languages
are an advantage.
– Strong negotiation, coordination,and communication skills.
– Ability to work under pressure and meet time-sensitive deadlines.
– Good analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
– Competency in MS Office and logistics management systems.
– Ensure all activities adhere to company policies,HSE standards, and
Maldives trade regulations.
– Work closely with finance and accounts teams on billing, invoicing,
and payment follow-ups.
– Drive customer satisfaction through effective communication,
– problem-solving, and service excellence.
