Front desk customer handling and assistance
Managing walk-in customers professionally
Providing exceptional service and support on the floor
🔹 Requirements
✔ Minimum 2 – 3 years of experience in customer or guest handling
(Hospitality / Real Estate / Shopping Malls / Retail / Airline / Aviation or similar sectors)
✔ Diploma or Certificate in Business Management / Customer Management / Hospitality or related field
✔ Excellent command of English
✔ Ability to work under pressure with strong interpersonal skills
✔ Willingness to wear a uniform and handle physical customers on the floor
✔ Ability to work on a roster basis, including weekends & public holidays
💰 Salary Package
💵 Rs. 90,000 – 110,000
