Job Description
Xmart Mobile is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible GRN Officer to join our operations team. The selected candidate will be responsible for receiving, verifying, and recording incoming stock while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and verify incoming stock (mobile phones & accessories)
Prepare and maintain accurate GRN records
Match purchase orders, invoices, and received quantities
Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, and accounts team
Update stock records in the system on time
Identify shortages, damages, or discrepancies
Support inventory control and periodic stock counts
Requirements:
Previous experience as a GRN Officer / Store Keeper / Inventory Assistant (preferred)
Knowledge of mobile phones & accessories will be an added advantage
Basic computer skills (Excel / POS / Inventory software)
Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
