REQUIRMEMNTS

  • 5-7 years of HR experience with strong hand-on expertise in HRIS administration (preferable hSenid), including employees data, attendance, leave and payroll interfaces.
  • Proven capability in HR reporting, MIS and dashboards ensuring accurate, timely data for management, audits and compliance purposes.
  • Solid understanding of HR governance, data security and statutory compliance with the ability to drive process automation and system enhancements in collaboration with vendors and IT.
