REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree of Professional qualification in Human Resources or related field. Master’s degree will be an add advantage
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in employee relations, HR policy management, or industrial relations with at least 2 years in the manufacturing sector (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.
- Excellent conflict resolution, negotiation, and communication skills.
