Proven capability in HR reporting, MIS, and dashboards, ensuring accurate, timely data for management, audits, and compliance purposes.
Solid understanding of HR governance, data security, and statutory compliance, with the ability to drive process automation and system enhancements in collaboration with vendors and IT.
