REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree or Professional qualification in Human Resources or a related field.

Master’s degree will be an adde advantage.

Minimum of 6 years of experience in employee relations, HR policy management, or industrial relations, with at least 2 years in the manufacturing sector (mandatory).

Strong knowledge of labor laws, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.

Excellent conflict resolution, negotiation, and communication skills.
