Overview
We are seeking committed and motivated individuals who are currently following or have completed a degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management (HRM) or a related discipline to join our team as an Intern – Human Resources (HR). This internship provides hands-on exposure to AI-powered HR operations, people analytics, and modern talent management practices within a technology-driven organization.
Job Role & Responsibilities
· Assist as an HR Data Analyst by supporting AI-driven HR data analysis and insights
· Support HR Operations, including documentation, employee records, and process improvements
· Assist in Talent Acquisition & Recruitment, including screening, coordination, and interview support
· Work with HR Analytics & Reporting, using AI tools to track workforce metrics and performance indicators
· Support Employee Engagement and Performance Monitoring initiatives using data-driven and AI-enabled approaches
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve HR processes through automation and AI solutions
