Overview
We are seeking motivated and forward-thinking individuals who are following or have completed a degree or Diploma in IT, Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field to join our team as an Intern – IT Sales, Marketing & AI Solutions. This internship offers hands-on exposure to AI-powered products, digital sales strategies, and customer engagement within a fast-paced technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist in lead generation and sales activities using calls, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and digital platforms
· Support the sales team with client follow-ups, demos, and appointment scheduling
· Learn, understand, and present AI-driven solutions, SaaS platforms, and automation products to customers
· Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, presentations, and AI solution documentation
· Maintain and update CRM systems, including AI-generated insights and lead analytics
· Conduct market research on AI trends, emerging technologies, and potential industry use cases
· Support AI-based marketing initiatives, including content creation, campaign analysis, and customer segmentation
· Collaborate with technical teams to translate AI capabilities into business value propositions
· Desired Skills & Attributes
· Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, automation, and emerging technologies
· Basic understanding of AI concepts, SaaS platforms, or data-driven solutions (training will be provided)
· Good communication and presentation skills
· Ability to learn quickly and work in a collaborative environment
· Passion for technology-driven sales and marketing
