Job Summary:
The Staff Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in accordance with hospital policies and professional standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess patients’ conditions and document medical histories and symptoms
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient condition
Assist doctors during examinations and medical procedures
Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation
Educate patients and families on health management and post-treatment care
Ensure infection control, patient safety, and hygiene standards
Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide holistic patient care
Qualifications & Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in shifts and under pressure
Knowledge of clinical protocols and patient safety standards
