Resident Manager – Vacancy

Bellevue Chalets, a misty hillside retreat nestled in the heart of Ambewela, is seeking a full-time Resident Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. We are looking for a dedicated, adaptable professional with strong hospitality expertise, leadership skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the smooth operation of the chalets, kitchen and all on-site functions
Manage guest check-ins, check-outs and reservations
Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
Supervise housekeeping and staff across all departments
Monitor costs, control expenses and maximise revenue opportunities
Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
Maintain high standards in housekeeping operations
Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations will be an added advantage

General Requirements

Proven experience in hotel management, preferably in boutique or standard hotels
Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
Basic computer literacy, including handling financial records and stock updates
Full-time commitment (on-site accommodation provided)
