Junior Sales Executive
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Junior Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone at the early stage of their sales career who is passionate about learning, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
What We’re Looking For
01 to 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or business development ( IT industry experience would be added advantage)
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business development or a related field.
Fluent in English with good verbal and written communication skills
Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated personality
Strong interpersonal and basic negotiation skills
Willingness to learn and grow in a sales career
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Basic understanding of sales concepts (training will be provided)
What You’ll Do
Identify and follow up on new sales opportunities to support business growth
Assist in expanding the client base through proactive sales activities
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers
Understand customer needs and introduce suitable products or services
Prepare and assist in delivering sales presentations and proposals
Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery
Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and sales activities using CRM or tracking tools
Participate in networking events and exhibitions to promote the company and its services
