• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field from a recognized university.
• 6–8 years of progressive experience in marketing, student recruitment, or enrolment management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or Assistant Manager role (preferably in higher education or service sector).
• Proven experience in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, and traditional channels).
• Fluency in English and Tamil is mandatory; Sinhala proficiency is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Northern and Eastern markets with sound geographical understanding preferred.
