Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Executive Chef / Commi I to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate should have strong culinary skills, creativity in healthy meal preparation, and the ability to maintain high kitchen standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and oversee daily meal production
Develop healthy and innovative menu items
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards
Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
Manage inventory and minimize food wastage
Supervise and guide kitchen staff (for Executive Chef role)
Follow standard recipes and portion controls
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role
Knowledge of healthy cooking methods and nutrition is an advantage
Strong leadership and team management skills (Executive Chef)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good time management and organizational skills
Relevant culinary qualifications preferred
