Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy: Lead all sales divisions to achieve targets and drive company growth.
Operational Management: Manage working capital within set limits and overlook the entire sales cadre.
Sales Optimization: Optimize the sales funnel and conversion rates.
Direct Engagement: Conduct physical sales visits and customer coverage.
Marketing & Analysis: Initiate marketing campaigns, analyze sales data for top management, and perform competitor analysis.
Expansion: Identify new opportunities for product and service expansion.

Requirements
Educational Background: * B.Sc. in Engineering, Management, Marketing, or an equivalent qualification.

An MBA in Engineering Management, Management, or Marketing is considered an added advantage.
Experience:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering product sales.
At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role.
Prior experience in selling technical products to corporate customers.
Skills: * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

Demonstrated success in managing customer relationships and optimizing sales funnels.

Head of Sales: 200,000.00 – 350,000.00 (Basic) + sales incentives + other perks.
AGM – Sales and Marketing: 250,000.00 – 400,000.00 (Basic) + sales incentives + other perks.
